Mission Statement

  • To provide comprehensive quality client and client family centered care.

  • To address the client’s unique physiological, safety, psychosocial, self esteem and self actualization needs I a plan of care.

  • To assist and involve families in assuming the responsibility of clients at home without unduly affecting the emotional or physical well being of the family.

  • To provide services under the supervision of an appropriate professional, including a licensed physician if the services require physicians orders.

  • To advise the family regarding community support services, as needed.

  • To provide health care education for the client, the caregiver, and the community.
