To provide comprehensive quality client and client family centered care.

To address the client’s unique physiological, safety, psychosocial, self esteem and self actualization needs I a plan of care.

To assist and involve families in assuming the responsibility of clients at home without unduly affecting the emotional or physical well being of the family.

To provide services under the supervision of an appropriate professional, including a licensed physician if the services require physicians orders.

To advise the family regarding community support services, as needed.
